China Private Equity Investment Holdings raises $5m, lists on AIM exchange

China Private Equity Investment Holdings has raised $5m and will float on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange.

First day dealings are planned for 19 October with CPE expected to have a market capitalisation in the region of $23m, according to law firm Pinsent Masons, who have advised on the fundraising and flotation.
